9.45am to 12.30pm

for children up to current Year 6

Our Holiday Club this year takes us on an exciting  journey. Join Sir Random Finds and Bare Feet on an expedition into the polar wilderness, and follow in the footsteps of some amazing New Testament characters.  Learn that no-one is too anything to be part of God’s expedition – that is to be a friend of Jesus and go out and help other people be friends of Jesus too.

St James Church will be transformed into a polar region where all manner of fun and games will take place. There’ll be singing, crafts, drama, music and games not forgetting the superb jokes and of course the antics in the daily drama.

On the Friday lunch-time there will be an additional Family Walk and Picnic and on the Sunday a special Polar Explorers Celebration Service at 11.00am.

To book your places please click here to download a booking form, which should be completed and returned as soon as possible, and at the latest by Sunday 19th July.

The cost is just £2.50 per day or £10 per week for one child.  for two or more children there is a family rate of £3.50 per day or £15 per week. (Please speak to Fr Gary if you find the cost prohibitive as we do not want anyone to be excluded because of the cost.)

A free crèche will also be provided for younger siblings, please include their names on the booking form and put ‘C’ in the column for ‘school Year’.

Please put your completed booking form and your fee (cheques payable to “Hanslope PCC”) into a sealed envelope marked “Polar Explorers” and leave it in Church or drop it through the Vicarage letterbox, (Park Road, Hanslope, Milton Keynes, Mk19 7LT).there is a family rate of £3.50 per day or £15 per week.

Please speak to Fr Gary (01908 337936) if you find the cost prohibitive as we do not want anyone to be excluded

Holiday Club 2014 – Mega Makers

We had a really great week for Mega Makers, our first summer holiday Club, with nearly 40 children coming along and a team of 22 Adult and junior leaders.  Click here for a review of the week by Fr Gary.

St James Church was transformed into the inventor’s workshop where all manner of fun and games took place and the Mega Machine was revealed.  We explored God’s love through the stories of Jesus found in Matthew’s Gospel.
