Visiting St James
We are always keen to welcome visitors to St James. Sadly, we cannot leave the church unlocked. However, individuals who wish to visit may always join us for worship or call in whilst other activities are going on, St James is open at some stage almost every day of the week so do check the weekly events list. One very good time would be on a Thursday morning when there is coffee after Mass, coffee runs from 9.45am for about an hour, or during Choir practice on Thursday evenings from 7.00pm.
St James is open from 3.00pm until 5.00pm on Summer Sunday afternoons from July until until September 14th.
Annual Open Weekend
On Saturday and Sunday, 18th and 19th July 2015 St James will be open to the public and each afternoon the tower will be open which affords wonderful views over the Buckinghamshire and South Northamptonshire countryside. There are always a range of activities taking place and the local Historical Society are present. On the Saturday church is open from 11.00am on Saturday and from 2.00pm on Sunday closing at 5.00pm. The Tower is open from 2.00pm each afternoon.
If you would like to bring a group to visit St James then please do contact Fr Gary via the contacts page and we will do our very best to accommodate you at a mutually convenient time.
