PASTORAL SUPPORT
If you are in need of help, support including assistance with shopping/prescriptions collection etc etc or just a friendly chat please telephone your designated Pastoral Team Member, or, if you are not a church member, any member of the team below who will help you. Our Pastoral Team can ask one of our Corona Friends volunteers to help with shopping or the collection of prescriptions, posting letters etc. Fr Gary is also available and you can speak to him by phoning 01908 337936.

To make sure we can stay open as long as possible through these difficult times. As from Monday 23rd we will only be allowing 2 members of the general public in the shop at any given time and we will be encouraging the use of £30 contactless payment method.

The Delivery service is now in full operation and takes place 7 days a week.
Orders can be placed by calling 01908 511143 between the hours of 8am and 11am.
We can deliver most items including
Newspapers and magazines,
Bread, milk and eggs,
Sandwiches and confectionary,
Alcohol and tobacco products (ID required)
We do have an egg box shortage in the shop, if you have any, please can you drop them in when passing. If I am already delivering to you, leave them by your front door and I will collect them tomorrow. Many thanks for your help.

HANSLOPE SPAR & POST OFFICE
The Post Office counter has now re-opened!!
The Spar opening hours are: Monday – Saturday – 7.00am to 9.00pm
Sunday – 8.00am to 6.00pm
Spar are trying to keep the shop as stocked up as possible but it depends on the supplies available
People can ring before going into the shop to check if some items are in stock and available, please call 01908 511984.
Spar also accepts orders by phone and can prepare boxes for collection for this service (only) phone 07476 267697. No delivery at present.
The owner is Sat Rana and he looks forward to seeing you.

Hi we are Adam and Daniel Brundle. After realising that people have been encountering trouble in getting products from supermarkets to your home, we posted on Facebook to see if we could help. We are chefs by trade and can get the produce from our suppliers to the hospitality industry. We have been overwhelmed by the response and we are enjoying providing a service to our local community. Just because we cannot meet together formally to worship and pray there doesn’t mean that worship and prayer stops, there are lots of other ways of praying:
IN CHURCH
The pattern of daily prayer will be maintained and Fr Gary will be praying for you and on your behalf. Likewise wherever possible Fr Gary will celebrate Mass each evening. These services will be private and not open to the public, but be assure he will be praying for you and many of these services will be live streamed (see the online section below) at http://www.facebook.com/StJamesHanslopeLiveStream/.

- You can find the text we use in church for Morning & Evening Prayer, and much else besides, by downloading Universalis. The code you will be sent allows you to add the app to your phone or iPad too, there’s a charge for this but it is really well worth it.
